We believe in customer service! I know everyone says this but what most mean is they want to expidite the selling process so the sales associate can move on to the next customer.   Customer service is defined in terms of speed.  Efficient doesn't necissarily equate to service.

So what do we mean when we say we believe in customer service? 

We believe in educating our clients.  There are many factors that you should consider when purchasing jewelry.  We want you to be aware of these issues.   Why?  We believe an informed consumer will choose to shop with us!  You see, we purchase each gemstone, each ring individual.  Our jewelry must meet our high standards or we won't offer it for sale. You can be assured that whey you deal with Laney's you will be purchasing quality products offered at reasonable prices.
